Jay Z yesterday announced on Twitter that his cousin and Roc nation exec Briant Biggs had moved to Nigeria to discover new talent for their Tidal company. Briant was at Don Jazzy's Mavin Headquaters in Lagos yesterday and that's him above discovering Aphrodija. More pics below:
