As part of a social experiment by Model Prankster, model Leah Jung paraded around the streets of New York completely naked...with only a realistic-looking pair of jeans painted on her, complete with stitching and on-trend patches, making it look like she's actually wearing jeans...but nobody even noticed she was naked.

The video, which was posted online last week has gone viral with millions of views. Model Praksters said did the experiment to determine how observant people of New York City are. Military confirms 3 dead in yesterday's helicopter crash in Yola

The Nigeria military has released a statement confirming the crash of its patrol helicopter yesterday night in Yola and also revealed that 3 crew members aboard the helicopter died in the crash. Find the statement below

"At about 2200hours yesterday 13 November 2014, a ground attack helicopter on an armed patrol crashed around the Federal University of Technology Yola, Adamawa State. The crew of 3 was lost in the ill-fated accident. Rescue party worked throughout the night to preserve the wreckage of the aircraft and scene of the accident for proper investigation to be carried out. Further details would be made known later."

Somebody is trying to stop the hunters from killing Boko Haram

Hours after brave civilian vigilante forces delivered the best recent news; of liberation of northeastern cities, to the entire world, in an utter show of terrorism and dangerous treachery, the Nigerian police have been instructed by President Goodluck Jonathan government to "screen" the vigilante groups.

Rather than receive support from this administration, the brave vigilantes who are being celebrated by all and sundry for their triumphant action in the recovery of occupied territories where Nigerians were suffering under Boko Haram rule; a feat the Nigerian army could not, are to be persecuted?

Quoting PremiumTimes: “The Inspector General of Police, Suleiman Abba, on Thursday, directed all commissioners of police to ensure the adequate screening of vigilante groups across Nigeria.

A statement by the police spokesperson, Emmanuel Ojukwu, said this was aimed at ensuring that the groups abide by relevant regulations and avoid any form of abuse.

He noted that Mr. Abba instructed that an officer be appointed in all the police state commands in Nigeria to oversee the activities of the vigilante groups and deliver regular reports on them.

The directive comes about 24 hours after over 70 Boko Haram members were killed by some local hunters in Maiha Local Government area of Adamawa State.

Maiha fell into the hands of Boko Haram insurgents after a fierce battle with the Nigerian troops on Monday.

However, the local hunters ambushed the insurgents and killed them in their dozens.” End quote.

The corrupt and billions of dollars bloated Jonathan government and police who are yet to protect life in the northeast or any other part of Nigeria and who have not policed the territories lost to Boko Haram, but are mischievously desperate enough to rush out to decree that they will witch-hunt the Ibn Fadlallah civilian forces who have been liberating cities in the northeast including the hometown of the nation's chief of defense, Alex Badeh, is a clear evidence that the Jonathan government is set on frustrating life in the north and protecting and promoting Boko Haram.

This action is a clear and further indisputable indication that Jonathan is a sponsor of Boko Haram. The sudden rush to persecute the brave vigilantes is in-your-face, evidence of the Jonathan government’s desperate and bold desire to obstruct and destroy the nation.

Barely had the armed civilian resistance forces scored these amazing victories and liberated the people, also capturing and handing over Boko Haram's "Emir" installed in Mubi to the Nigerian security department, did Jonathan hurry to order the police to attempt to harass these brave and selfless warriors to "follow protocol." What protocol? Is that the protocol that Dokubo follows? Is that the protocol that Tompolo follows? And what is this government doing with the records of abuse of the Nigerian army that suddenly they see an urgency to find “abuse” by the great patriotic legions battling Boko Haram?

What happened in Kaduna with the Islamic movement and massacre of three sons of a peaceful Nigerian elite leader? What happened to the abuses reported by the world Human right organizations? What happened to the BRT buses abuse in Lagos? What happened to the newspaper stand abuses of the army? Jonathan does not see all those, but what he sees is an urgency to find abuse in these great mission so he can bribe the leadership and cut them down as has been done to the Civilian-JTF in Borno after they likewise destroyed Boko Haram and almost ended their existence earlier on last year? 

Nigerians stand firmly behind the Ibn Fadlallah civilian forces and all aligned vigilante groups. We in very strong terms, warn this deadly government and all their instruments, that anyone who harasses the brave youth defending the nation and doing what the sabotaged army fails to do will be a declared enemy of all Nigerians and will come under the full wrath of the people and international courts as well as the legions who have risen in the north never to abandon their people to a greed-drunken, clueless fate, ever again.

Charles Novia slams Chika Ike's Manager ,calls her an Industry lap-dog

Just incase you haven't been following this story, during Chika Ike's recent Dubai trip, Charles Novia criticized her for showing off ....Her manager  Serah Donald then took to social media to blast him, calling him a failure and a jealous under achiever ..Well, Charles Novia has given a wicked response on his blog titled A SALVO FOR SERAH

I have mulled a bit about how to put out a riposte to a character called Serah Donald who went on an uncouth rage against my person on social media recently.My first reaction was to ignore her as I saw through the statement that she really had nothing to say but perhaps wanted to gain some little fame through an open insult directed at me. And so I did.

But in retrospect (and knowing that most things put out on social media are usually twisted the other way to suit such whims, as it were) I decided not to really let it rest but to perhaps give a riposte on some of her rabid tirades.

I use the word ‘rabid’ because the impression I have of this Serah, which still persists, is that she is somewhat of an industry lap-dog and one whom I have met formally only twice in my life and fleetingly too because I did not want some of her fleas around me..

I was introduced to her in 2007 in Los Angeles while I was attending a film industry convention on Nollywood where I was one of the Speakers on the positive trajectory of an evolving Nollywood. I vaguely remember some less-than-Plain-Jane looking lady staring at me in a manner which unsettled me a bit. To her, it could her been a fawning look but to me, from my perspective, it looked like a deviant character from a horror movie giving me the looks! It was my good friend, Stephanie Okereke ( now Linus) who was graduating from the New York Film Academy that period, who formally introduced her to me before I understood why she was awestruck.

‘It is a great honour to meet you, Sir’, Serah said and went on to gush about how she was a big fan of my movies and actually reeled out some of my hit titles she had watched. I believe I was told then that was a student of the New York Film School at Stephanie’s flat in Los Angeles where this Serah was perhaps squatting or was somewhat of a personal maid or something I can’t be bothered to remember .

I completely forgot about this young lady and never saw her again till sometime in 2013 in an event organised by the Tourism Ministry at the Civic Centre in Lagos. I pride myself in having a retentive memory for faces and when Serah and her Principal, Chika Ike, walked up to my table to greet me, I instantly remembered her face, though now overtly padded with some hideous make-up. We exchanged pleasantries and she took my number.

I took the pains to reconstruct how I know this young lady so as to put to rest any other misinterpretation by the usual busybodies. And also to dismiss her silly insinuation in her statement that I was the one who met her in California! On reading her guttersnipe against my person, the first thought which crossed my mind was that perhaps her Principal, Chika Ike, might actually be in cahoots with her in putting out that statement because if, as Serah claims, she is Chika’s ‘Manager’, (who in this clime and industry are usually glorified messengers) it might be the case of the tail wagging the dog.

This Serah Donald crossed a line of decorum by calling me names. That is not new within the circle of her ilk who are sometimes critiqued by me in professional articles but what is irksome is her blatant disregard for seniority within the industry. Whilst her lack of manners is actually a vindication of one’s perception that she actually might be obtuse by inclination, it also is proof of lack of home training. And such reduces the value of a Lady’s Bride Price in this part of the world, for any unlucky Gentleman in her regard.

What does one really say to an errant cretin, notorious from feelers for being an industry groupie who finally found anchorage on the muddy shores of one whom she claims to manage? If posting pictures of an average actress who mistakes facial recognition for ‘stardom’ in the belief that the public must be forced to reckon with the ‘arrival’ of her Principal in the social circuits, is what makes her a Manager or perhaps a Publicist, it goes to show the shallow mentality behind such reasoning.

I have always been amused by some usual suspects who abound in the movie industry and portray a life more hyped than a life less lived. That amusement has now given way for a personal investigation and a soon-to-be-announced public analysis. Within the industry, it is well-known how much an actor or actress earns. The public displays of sudden wealth by some of such personalities, is very misleading to many among the gullible public. We know the sexual dalliances which many of such engage in with the hoi poloi in our land which more often than not brings much disrespute to my sector. What such characters do with their private lives is entirely their business but when the lines become blurred between private indiscretions and selling dummies to the public, then it behoves on the level-headed and moral brigade to ask questions.

We have to ask questions because almost every young girl who aspires to be an actress in Nigeria today believes that a little fame is all that is needed to get some rich ‘mugu’ to shower her with material wealth. And so, an industry which is supposed to be the bastion of family values has suddenly nosedived into a cesspool because of the antics of such ‘Publicists’ like Serah.

And when you ask questions publicly, you are labelled a hater? Gosh!

May I use this medium to call on the Tax Authorities in Nigeria to immediately begin investigations into the income of the actors who make public their material acquisitions. It is time we remove the veil of hypocrisy these people have on their faces by going after their tax filings. If the Tax Man goes after these self-styled instagram celebrities, many would think twice before assaulting our sensibilities with such questionable lifestyles.

And when people like Serah asks questions about my own material pedigree with the assumption that I am broke and envious of the success of those who are critiqued, I actually feel pity for such. To Serah and her ilk, it’s all about money. That is the level of thought propounded by lobotomised reprobates. Those who are comfortable through an honest day’s work do not flaunt their lives and wealth on social media. It is the groupies, the morally decadent, those who engage in serial prostitution whilst hiding under a toga of false celebrity adulation, who must let the world know that their hypocritical sexcapades with the high and mighty actually yield dividends. Instead of living their lives with some measure of discretion based on their sex romps, they try to hoodwink the public with paid articles on blogs and newspapers that their entertainment careers actually made them such money. Ridiculous!

I turn 43 in a few days (and I don’t tinker with my age, please!)and my career speaks for itself. With over 40 movies produced, a star making contribution to Nollywood, an intellectual legacy to my industry and country and membership and fellowship of prestigious film festivals, associations and entertainment organisations all over the world, I do not lack. I have earned my right to be the voice of an industry I love.

The most stupid conclusion one can draw from this Serah’s rant is the ironical reality that the money she purportedly enjoys from her Principal in the form of the laughable exotic holidays is not even earned by Serah herself. Her antecedents as an industry lap dog who chases after the juiciest bone is known to those who bother to scrutinise her lifestyle and life. Such are the adventures of Hangers-on and lap dogs. For fear of losing their crumbs at the feast table, they must bark in stupidity rather than bay at the dimming moon of their unfortunate lives .

I am not taking pleasure in upbraiding Serah. Whatever smirks and snivels I have on my face is actually a reaction of pity for her. I am told she has produced a couple of rag-tag films as well as an uncompleted Project film for the NYFA. A life not complete is a life in limbo. And so, I understand that she must feed on the success of others to move on in life. It’s all well and good.

There is a final destination for the uncouth. And boat rides or yacht photo ops do get there too!

The police in Anambra State are interrogating a man to ascertain the circumstances surrounding the sudden death of a seven-month pregnant woman during a marathon romp with him in a hotel in Onitsha.

The man, according to a police source, had allegedly taken the deceased to a hotel in the area, only for the hotel staff to discover that the woman was dead in the morning.

The incident, the source said, occurred on Tuesday when the man allegedly checked into the hotel with the heavily pregnant woman, only to find out in the morning that his partner could not wake up on Wednesday morning.

A resident’s account: The police in Onitsha Area Command refused to give details on the incident, but a resident of the area said the suspect and the deceased were just love birds. He said the suspect had lodged into the hotel room and invited the deceased through a phone call.

The source faulted rumours that the woman died as a result of charms made by her husband, adding that it was possible that the woman died of exhaustion from the marathon romp.

Could it be that the woman's pregnancy belong to her lover and her husband thought it was his? The man who spoke to Vanguard urged the police to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.

Confirming the incident, the Anambra State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, Mr. Uche Ezeh, said the command received the information concerning the incident, disclosing that the suspect had been arrested and case transferred to the State CID, Awka, for further investigations.

Abuja Big Girl caught in N200m Stealing Saga appears in court

What a man can do, a woman can do better, even stealing too? *covers face*! The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is finally set to arraigned Mrs. Imaobong Akon Esu-Nte, the Abuja big girl who is Head of Capital Accounts Unit of the Nigerian Prison Service.

She will be arraigned before a Federal Capital Territory High Court (21), Apo, on Friday November 14, 2014 on charges bordering on massive stealing of public funds and money laundering.

Esu- Nte, was first arrested by the anti-graft agency in May, following suspicious lodgments of about N200million into her accounts. The suspect is a grade level 14 civil servant.

A young girl named Aisha (pictured above) who was going to school on a motorbike was crushed to death by an oncoming car this evening in Abeokuta, Ogun State. SAD! Bomb blast reported in Kano this evening

These Boko Haram guys are really insulting our security and intelligence Agencies. Their bombing spree is going on with impunity. What is really going on? Another bomb has exploded in Kano on Friday evening as people were rushing home after the day's activities.

The explosion which occurred along the Maiduguri road opposite NNPC filling station in Hotoro area of Kano killed unspecified number of people and injured several others.

Residents say the explosion was so loud itbshook many buildings in the area.

As usual, a team of soldiers and policemen, as well as firefighters, were seen moving in to cordon off the area, according to SR.
