John Dumelo Speaks on His Relationship With Yvonne Nelson in New Interview

Handsome Ghanaian Actor, John Dumelo who has been romantically linked with pretty Ghanaian Actress, Yvonne Nelson but in a new interview with the Nigerian Tribune, he bares his relationship with her:

On his relationship with Yvonne Nelson, he said:

“The truth is that Yvonne and I have been good friends for a long time. Apart from the fact that we are colleagues who take our job seriously, we also look out for ourselves like good friends do. I think by now, you should know that we are good friends. She has come out to deny the rumour several times.”

Dumelo who also said he is currently in a relationship, and didn’t name his boo, while speaking on marriage, said:

“I will settle down when the time feels right. I am a man who likes to plan before venturing into anything, right now I am concentrating on my career, at the right time, I will settle down.”

he added further that:

“The thought of getting married scares me. The divorce rate these days are just crazy. What’s wrong? People get married for the wrong reasons?”

That’s true though, sometimes I also wonder why marriages these days hit the rock faster that it started or what do you think???

Did Denrele Just Come Out as GAY???

Denrele Edun as long as I can remember has had his sexuality in doubt by a lot of critics and fans – Many have wondered if the weird Channel O VJ is gay or straight – Well, recently Denrele who says he is a sexual outlaw whenever questions are raised about his sexuality in a Twitter interview with Kimani Off air on February 22nd, when he was asked if he is gay, said:

“Being gay is a tough job, but someone’s gotta do it!”.

So does that mean he is gay???

My Parents Knew I Was an Armed Robber

Is it the hard economic situation of Nigeria or pure desperation that would drive a 22year old, who still has a lot to be optimistic about into armed robbery? Well, according to Punch, a suspected member of an armed robbery gang, Mutiu Rasheed, who was arrested by the Lagos State Police Command, has said his parents were aware that he was an armed robber.

Rasheed, who was arrested along with two others ─ Ahmed Musiliu and Sodiq Dada by operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad on February 5, during interrogation said his parents, who knew about his robbery operations, had warned him to return the guns in his possession, but he refused.

“I stayed in Ketu with my parents where I worked in an aluminium company before joining the gang.
“My mother first knew about this when other gang members came to our house to report to her that I had fled with their guns to Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.
“She then called me on the phone to return the guns, but I did not listen. I was using the guns to go on operations in the Ijebu Ode area.
“When we went out as a gang, we snatched vehicles which were usually Toyota products.
“We sold them, but the gang did not give me my correct share. Since the police arrested me, my parents have not come to check on me because they are aware of all my activities.”

And another member of the gang, Musiliu, 23, who had served a one-year jail term at the Ikoyi Prison:

“In 2008, I was arrested for armed robbery. We were five members in that gang. I was sent to the Ikoyi Prison where I served one-year jail term. We had robbed in the Ikorodu, Oshodi, Ketu and Ijebu Ode areas.
“When I came out of prison, I joined another gang. The gang leader provided the guns. I was part of the gang that robbed a Toyota Camry vehicle in Ikorodu area. We sold the vehicle at a giveaway price and I was given N100, 000.”

And the third, Dada, said he was formerly working as a commercial bus driver before he was lured to join the gang.

National Film and Video Censors Board Bans Fifty Shades of Grey

The National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB) has banned the movie ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’ in Nigerian cinemas – The movie which was highly anticipated by movie lovers, unfortunately will no longer find its way into Nigerian cinemas…

Nigeria isn’t the first to ban the movie as countries such as Kenya and Malaysia did that a while ago.
The movie which is based on Fifty Shades of Grey, a 2011 erotic romance novel by British author E. L. James, traces the deepening relationship between a college graduate, Anastasia Steele, and a young business magnate, Christian Grey.
The novel explicitly covered erotic scenes featuring elements of sexual practices such as bondage/discipline, dominance/submission, and sadism/masochism (BDSM).
Disappointed???

Patience Jonathan Not Responsible for APC Campaign Rally Attack – Tom Ateke

I don’t know where this is coming from, but some quarters are alleging that the wife of the president, Patience Jonathan(who is a native of Okrika Local Government Area), was responsible for the attack at the APC campaign rally in Rivers state – Well, former Niger Delta militant leader, Ateke Tom, has rubbished such claims…

“Politicians are pointing accusing fingers; but they are all politicians. But what I am sure of is that the President’s wife can never be involved in the attack at Okrika.
“She is seen as the mother of the country and she hates violence and the shedding of blood. She can’t be involved in such an act and I disagree with those saying she is responsible for the attack on APC campaign ground.”

Man Strangles Wife Because She Threatened to Call the Cops on Him

According to UK Mirror, 31year old Andrea Crew, had called the police on her husband Caleb after he’d poured motor oil over her head in a terrifying attack – but when Caleb was charged to court for domestic violence, Andrea had a change of heart. She couldn’t face sending the father of her children to prison – so she dropped all the charges and they drove home together to try again – and that was a mistake that cost her life:

Although Andrea forgave Caleb, and the couple drove home together from the court, they started to argue again and Andrea threatened to call the police and report him. Caleb was angry and when they stopped outside a local bank their fight escalated. He pulled Andrea into the back seat of the Jeep and, in a rage, Caleb strangled her with his bare hands.
When he felt she still had a pulse, he stuffed his suit jacket in her mouth and wrapped the tie he’d worn to look smart in court around Andrea’s neck, pulling it tight. “Goodbye,” he said, as the life drained from her face.
He dumped Andrea’s dead body in local woods and went to pick up his daughters from their babysitter. That night, he put them to bed and returned to the woods. He stuffed his wife’s body in a bag, along with a backpack weighed down with granite and dumbbells. Caleb drove to a bridge where he rolled Andrea into the Occoquan River.
A lot of women have lost their lives because of love – love for an abusive partner – seriously why stay in a relationship with someone who hits you???

Ayo Fayose, Governor of Ekiti State, speaking through his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka, said the All Progressives Congress’ presidential aspirant, General Mohammadu Buhari (rtd) will never be President of Nigeria…

According to the Governor;

“I wish they can see spiritually what I am talking about that Buhari, despite the hullabaloo will never be president. I predicted my return as Ekiti State Governor and I am saying it again that Buhari will never rule Nigeria again.
“After President Goodluck Jonathan, there will be a young element in his late 50s from the North that will be Nigeria president. I want to liken this revelation to the story of Elijah and Elisha. I am the Elijah while my followers are Elisha.”

He added further:

“I owe it a duty to Nigeria and its people to expose the antics of the APC cabal whose only interest is to seize power to further their selfish interests.
“Without doubt, it is obvious that these cabal in the APC are trying so hard to deceive Nigerians on Buhari’s health status. That’s the reason they have been using photoshoped pictures to defend their lies on Buhari’s UK trip.
“First, they used a March 5, 2013 picture, claiming that Buhari was taking a walk in London on Thursday. Later they came up with another poorly cropped picture of Buhari with former British Prime Minister,Tony Blair.
“The same people who lied in September 2012 that they received a gold card invitation to attend the Democratic National Convention in the United States of America are behind the robing of Buhari in the garment of lies and I challenge Buhari to swear by the Holy Quran that he did not visit hospital in the United Kingdom last week.
“However, I want to disappoint this selfish cabal. Buhari is only raising their hope and that hope will be dashed.”

Cameron Diaz, Kirk Cameron Win Worst actors At This Year’s Razzies Award

In case you have never heard about the Golden Raspberry Awards, called the Razzies for short, it is an award ceremony in recognition of the worst in film. It was founded by American copywriter and publicist John J. B. Wilson in 1980 – And in this year’s Razzies – Ben Affleck, Cameron Diaz and Michael Bay took home awards

If you saw the movie ‘Saving Christmas’ – It took home four Razzies, including worst picture and has been ranked by IMDB users as the worst movie of all time, and Kirk Cameron( main actor) took home the top prizes at this year’s Razzie Awards inccluding worst actor of 2014.
Other big winners included Michael Bay, who won worst director for Transformers 4: Age of Extinction, and Cameron Diaz, who won worst actress for The Other Woman and Sex Tape.
Ben Affleck, who previously won a Razzie for Gigli, won the “Razzie Redeemer Award,” which acknowledges a recipient’s turnaround. The actor starred in the critically acclaimed Gone Girl last year.
I wish we have something like this in Nollywood or what do you think???

Guy Caught In The Act Peeping A Married Woman

A foolish guy in Oke-Ira, along Ajah–Badore road in Lagos got the beating of his life recently for peeping at a married woman when she was having a bath. He was seriously beaten and injured by neighbours who expressed their anger over his indecent act of peeping at another man’s wife, identified as Mrs Kudi.

The man identified as Koffi, who hails from Ghana was caught red-handed by Kudi’s husband, Mufu.

The husband said the Ghanaian was fond of peeping at both single girls and married women but luck ran out on him when he caught him in the act on Tuesday’s evening.

Mr Mufutau said he was returning from work when he saw somebody peeping through a hole in the makeshift bathroom and to his surprise it was his wife's body the guy was feeding on.

“I walked quietly to the man and also had my wife’s voice emanating from the bathroom. She was singing and did not know that our neighbour, Koffi was peeping at her.

"So I gently tapped Koffi on the hand and I asked: ‘What are you doing here?' He attempted to beg me not to reveal the secret but he never knew I’m a different kind of person because I had to slap him twice before attracting the neighbours."

The rough guy is now going about with a swollen face.
