Pioneer-chairman-reveals-NIMASA-pays-Tompolo-N1.5bn-monthly
Pioneer chairman of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency, NIMASA, Dr. Ahmed Tijani Ramalan(photo above), has revealed that the agency pays the sum of N1.5bn monthly to the ex- Niger Delta militant leader, Mr. Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, to protect the nation’s maritime areas, Leadership reports.

He said:
“Over 400, 000 barrels of crude oil are being stolen daily from our shores under President Jonathan; yet we had a government that has the Navy, the Army and the Air Force, and the government of Jonathan decides to hand over the security of our maritime waters to Tompolo at a very exorbitant amount of money.
“And these same people that are given the job of our maritime security are the ones that are collaborating with the international shipping companies to steal our oil.”
“I was the pioneer chairman of NIMASA, and NIMASA is the one funding the contract given to Tompolo. This is a guy that is collecting about N1.5bn every month and yet our Armed Forces are not well funded. So, we call on the president to discard such contract.”

Fayose writes Buhari- Let me nominate one minister

Governor Ayo Fayose of Ekiti has urged President Buhari to let him nominate a minister. His request was contained in a letter sent to the President. Part of the letter reads
“I shall be happy to nominate a worthy and competent professional who can always oblige your Excellency and your cabinet the benefit of a second opinion in the serious business of governance.”
He noted he would want a minister who can represent Ekiti state's interest at the national level despite the fact that he is a PDP member and all members of his state's national assembly are from PDP.
He said that he wrote the letter based on the declaration made by the President that he would put the overall interest of the country above political partisanship and biases.

He also explained his request is  not new to the country’s democracy, noting that former president Olusegun Obasanjo who was with PDP,  appointed late Chief Bola Ige who was the leader of the Alliance for Democracy as a minster.

Hilarious! There's smallest male organ competition...& men came out for it!

There is a Facebook event for The Biggest Small Penis competition in the US. Contestants will strip off to display their genitals through evening wear and swimsuits at the annual competition. And some men actually came out to compete! Lol

The owner of the smallest penis will win £325, a crown and a sash at the competition in New York.
However, organisers at the Kings County Saloon are struggling to find entrants and have put out a call for "exemplary small penises" from around the world.

It claimed to be the "first ever conference for the celebration and acceptance of small penises everywhere".

They've opened up a website which lets anyone nominate their friends for the honour and video submissions will be accepted.

The party was launched to highlight the stigma of body shaming and promised to involve nudity – "and may contain nuts".

Buhari to head Ministry of Petroleum -Reuters

President Buhari may head the ministry of petroleum..That is what Reuters is reporting.
(Buhari) is likely to keep the oil portfolio for himself in the new Nigerian cabinet, rather than trust anyone else with the source of most of Nigeria’s revenue and traditional fount of corruption, associates say.
Nigeria’s oil sector is so dirty that nobody’s hands are clean enough to do the “surgical changes” needed, one long-standing associate told Reuters on condition of anonymity because the cabinet decision is still under wraps.
 Another political associate said:
“He will do it. It would be stupid to give that position to anyone else.”
“It’s going to be a lean government, I doubt he’ll have 42 ministries like Jonathan but he must have at least 36 (for the number of states) as prescribed by the constitution, though it does not specify whether they have to be senior or junior,” an advisor in the ruling APC party told Reuters.
The new administration had not yet gone through reports on Jonathan's handover notes on policy, the advisor said.
"There is a huge body of proposals being bandied around the place," the advisor said, adding that nothing beyond broad strokes had been outlined.

DRUG SAGA: Kashamu Gets Extradition Notice From NDLEA

It is not yet rest time for Buruji Kashamu, as the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has disclosed that it has formally served an extradition notice on the alleged drug baron.

NDLEA said it effected the service on Kashamu on Monday in suit number FHC/ABJ/CS/479/2015 with a copy made available to the Chief Judge, Federal High Court.

The anti-drugs agency and PDP chieftain have been engaged in a serious legal battle over moves by the FG to facilitate his extradition to the United State to face drug trafficking charges.

Tens of NDLEA officials had laid a six-day siege to the Lagos residence of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP chieftain in Lekki, Lagos, before they vacated on May 28, two days after a Federal High Court in the state mandated them to do same.
Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court in Lagos had on May 27 restrained security agencies in Nigeria from “unlawful” arrest and forceful extradition of Kashamu.

But Kashamu in a swift reaction through his lawyer, Ajibola Oluyede, said he has not been served, “rather, a copy of the process was dropped in our office in Lagos yesterday. So, we shall deal with it in accordance with the law”.

He also stated that, “the NDLEA should be warned to stay away because they have no role to play in the current proceedings. And if we should discover that they have usurped the functions of the AGF, we shall certainly make an issue of it.

“We wish to state that the NDLEA has no role to play in extradition proceedings until a warrant of arrest has been issued by the court. It is the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice that initiates extradition proceedings after receiving a request by an order directed to the court and asking the court to take over the matter.

“It is the court that will decide whether a warrant of arrest is necessary. It is the court that will consider all the evidence provided by the United States to see whether it satisfies the onus of proof and that it establishes that the person sought is the person that actually participated in the offence alleged,” he stated.

Woman dies shortly after getting butt enlargement injections

A woman from Maryland, 34-year-old Kelly Mayhew, died shortly after getting silicon injections for a butt lift in Queens, NY and police say the person who was performing the procedure was unlicensed and ran away from the scene.

Authorities say Mayhew and her mother drove to the Far Rockaway house to get silicone injections for a butt lift. During the procedure, which was being performed in the basement, Mayhew began to have difficulty breathing.

Her mother started performing CPR and asked the woman to call 911, but instead fled the scene, driving off in a gray SUV. Detectives are looking to talk to her.

By the time Police responded they found her unresponsive. She was rushed to St. John's Hospital, where she was pronounced dead. EMS attempted to revive Mayhew, but they were unsuccessful.

Mayhew's mother told police it was at least her daughter's fifth cosmetic surgery.

The auapect is suspected of administering illegal silicone injections in a makeshift medical room in the rented basement.
Police and the medical examiner's office are investigating what lead to the death.
Mayhew was a freelancer at BET Networks and worked at their DC office. A spokesman released the following statement:
"We are saddened by the death of our colleague and friend, Kelly Mayhew. Our hearts go out to her family, and we extend our deepest sympathies for their loss."
Mayhew is just one of many victims who have died from black market buttocks injections
Mayhew's autopsy was conducted Sunday, the day after her death. Results are still pending.

National Assembly Members to leave office with 109 SUVs, 360 Toyota Camry

Members of the outgoing 7th National Assembly will be taking along with them, 109 jeeps and 360 exotic cars provided as operational vehicles given to them when they assumed office as legislators.

The cars, 109 Prado Landcrusiers for Senators and 360 Toyota Camry 2011 model, are supposed to be returned to management of the National Assembly before the week runs out but according to an agreement reached with the National Assembly management, the Senators and the House of Reps members will pay 30% of the original cost of the cars so that those interested can keep the cars. The 30% will be deducted from their severance pay.

A member of the National Assembly Management team who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said
"The cars have been used for four years, so this valuation has taken cognizance of the years of depreciation. The vehicles are not taken away free of charge and as a matter of fact, it is optional. A lawmaker who does not want to go with the vehicle will submit it to the National Assembly and it will be so documented. The deduction will be done from their severance package at source, which makes it easier. It is a practice that has been on over the years".
According to the source, the National Assembly Members were in 2011 when they assumed office for another tenure, given 300% from their salaries as loans for cars, 250%  as Furniture loans and 300% as housing loans.
Lawmakers who took car loans worked out a plan with their banks where their salaries were being paid for the banks to automatically deduct a percentage from their salaries to pay their car loans.
According to the source
“The loans were obtained for the lawmakers through the banks where their salary accounts are domiciled, hence the bankers usually deduct certain percentage agreed upon from their monthly payments to service the car, housing and furniture loans.”he said
Deputy House Majority Leader,   Leo Ogor, confirmed the report and said they will take their operational vehicles away if they want to but will pay some money for the car.
“I don’t know what the amount will be; but I know that the cars are not for free. The management of the National Assembly will work it out and communicate to members accordingly”, he said.
