I Have Never Received a N1.5billion Monthly – Tompolo

image4
Ex-militant leader, Government Ekpomupolo popularly known as ‘Tompolo’ has called allegations made against him by the pioneer chairman of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) Alhaji Tijani Ramalan, that he was paid N1.5billion monthly for the protection of Nigeria’s waterways as hoax…

In a statement by his media aide, Comrade Paul Bebenimibo, Tompolo described Ramalan as an attention seeker, saying:
“Without any further stress, it is obvious that the said Ramalan is merely seeking an undue attention”
“I make bold to say that Ramalan who claims to be the pioneer chairman of NIMASA is not just economical with the truth but his outburst is an exhibition of ignorance and mischief which should be ignored by all.”
“Ramalan’s contraption of any sum being paid to me is, therefore, rubbish, malicious, unsubstantiated and display of ignorance.
“I can only pity such a man whose intention is perhaps to rubbish my name and needlessly drag me into the fray of disputes at a time the new government of President Muhammadu Buhari is barely one week in office.”
Tompolo called Ramalan’s allegation as one intended generally misled and also help him return to NIMASA – What do you think???

SHOCKER !!! GEJ Paid Ex Militant Tompolo N1.5Billion Monthly Salary

One of the sour points of the last administration under president Goodluck Jonathan was the loss of over 400,000 barrels of oil daily despite heavy payments being made under pipeline surveillance contracts.

One of the biggest beneficiaries of the surveillance contracts has been former Niger Delta militant, Mr. Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo who has been earning a whopping N1.5bn every month.

The shocking revelation was made by the pioneer chairman of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA), Dr Ahmed Tijani Ramalan.

He disclosed that the agency pays the sum of N1.5bn monthly to the ex-militant leader of the Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta (MEND), Tompolo, to protect the nation’s maritime areas.

Dr Ramalan, however, lamented that despite such gesture, the country still loses over 400,000 barrels of crude oil daily from the nation’s shores.

The former NIMASA chairman therefore called on president Muhammadu Buhari to cancel the contract given to the ex-militant by the administration of former president Jonathan.

He said, “Over 400, 000 barrels of crude oil are being stolen daily from our shores under President Jonathan; yet we had a government that has the Navy, the Army and the Air Force, and the government of Jonathan decides to hand over the security of our maritime waters to Tompolo at a very exorbitant amount of money.

“And these same people that are given the job of our maritime security are the ones that are collaborating with the international shipping companies to steal our oil.”

According to him, one of the ways to help the country’s economy to bounce back is to revoke Tompolo’s contract.

“And if Buhari does not do so, we will be the first to start attacking him. There is no basis to give that kind of billion naira job to ex-militants,” he declared.

Making further clarification on how long the payment has been going on, Ramalan said it started “sometime after 2011 when Jonathan won his election and since then the payment has been on.
“I was the pioneer chairman of NIMASA, and NIMASA is the one funding the contract given to Tompolo. This is a guy that is collecting about N1.5bn every month and yet our Armed Forces are not well funded. So, we call on the president to discard such contract.”

President Buhari and VP Osinbajo's Salaries Revealed

Officially, politicians do not earn much in salaries but the secret allowances they collect are too much.

According to the Revenue Mobilization Allocation and Fiscal Commission (RMAFC), the President of the country, Muhammadu Buhari, will earn a monthly salary of N3,514,705.

The role of the RMAFC, empowered by Part 1 of the Third Schedule of the Nigerian Constitution, is to outline the salary earnings appropriate for individuals who hold political offices.

Buhari is also eligible for a regular hardship allowance, 50 percent of the basic salary, N1,757,350.5.

Altogether, President Buhari will take home N1,171,568.33 every month, and N14,058,820 yearly for salary.
The government also pays for the provision of car fuel, personal assistance, domestic staff, and utilities for President Buhari.

Upon request the new President has access to accommodation, Duty Tour allowances, medical allowances, as requested.

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo's monthly salary is N3,031,572.50. He will receive N1,010,524.17 monthly, and N12,126,290.00 annually.

These allowances are either paid periodically, monthly, etc. The Tour Allowance depends on the president's travel arrangements.

Buhari promised during the campaign that the salaries of all members of his cabinet would not exceed what is outlined by the RMAFC.

SHOCKER: President Buhari's Secret N2.1Billion Home Uncovered in Asokoro (Photos)

President Muhammadu Buhari allegedly owns the multi-billion Naira sprawling Asokoro lakeside mansion located at number 9, Udo Udoma Street, Asokoro, Abuja,

BREAKING TIMES is reporting authoritatively that President Muhammadu Buhari’s hidden property situated at a choice location in Asokoro beside an exotic lake few yards away from the Aso Rock Presidential Villa fence is worth N2.1Billion .

Since his inauguration on Friday May 29, heavy security presence has been deployed around the area surrounding the property. BREAKING TIMES reporters at the risk of their lives managed to take photographs of the sprawling triple-duplex property on Wednesday.
.
President Buhari’s Asokoro property has been home to a former High Commissioner of an African country to Nigeria. The family of the late Special Adviser on Strategy and Documentation to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Oronto Douglas, are tenants at the Buhari Asokoro property, a source who pleaded anonymity disclosed to BREAKING TIMES.

The discovery of the Buhari Asokoro mansion may have cast another huge credibility question on the modest and anti-corruption credentials that got him elected on March 28, 2015.

It will be recalled that the same BREAKING TIMES on Monday exposed details of how the new First Lady, Mrs. Aisha Buhari wore a Cartier Baignoire Folle 18-Carat White Gold Diamond Ladies Watch that cost £34,500 (N10, 453,000) to the presidential inauguration on May 29, 2015.

Buhari played up his modest background while on the campaign trail, claiming he was a pastoral farmer with 150 cows who could barely afford to pay for his presidential nomination form. More than 50 percent of Nigerians live below the international poverty line of $1.25 per day, according to the United Nations.

In January 2015, The same BREAKING TIMES uncovered the expensive lifestyle of Zahra, the fifth daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari, an undergraduate of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom.

The exposure of Buhari’s hidden assets is coming at a time Nigerians have intensified calls for the new President and Vice-President to publicly declare their assets as they promised to do during the presidential campaign.

Buhari was appointed Chairman of Nigeria’s Petroleum Trust Fund (PTF) during the regime of Nigeria’s late dictator, General Sani Abacha – a period in Nigeria’s oil revenue expenditure that has never come under any serious probe or enquiry. The sum of N25 billion allegedly disappeared from the public treasury at the time.

Mayhew's mother told police it was at least her daughter's fifth cosmetic surgery.

The auapect is suspected of administering illegal silicone injections in a makeshift medical room in the rented basement.
Police and the medical examiner's office are investigating what lead to the death.

National Assembly Members to leave office with 109 SUVs, 360 Toyota Camry

Members of the outgoing 7th National Assembly will be taking along with them, 109 jeeps and 360 exotic cars provided as operational vehicles given to them when they assumed office as legislators.

The cars, 109 Prado Landcrusiers for Senators and 360 Toyota Camry 2011 model, are supposed to be returned to management of the National Assembly before the week runs out but according to an agreement reached with the National Assembly management, the Senators and the House of Reps members will pay 30% of the original cost of the cars so that those interested can keep the cars. The 30% will be deducted from their severance pay.

A member of the National Assembly Management team who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said
"The cars have been used for four years, so this valuation has taken cognizance of the years of depreciation. The vehicles are not taken away free of charge and as a matter of fact, it is optional. A lawmaker who does not want to go with the vehicle will submit it to the National Assembly and it will be so documented. The deduction will be done from their severance package at source, which makes it easier. It is a practice that has been on over the years".
According to the source, the National Assembly Members were in 2011 when they assumed office for another tenure, given 300% from their salaries as loans for cars, 250%  as Furniture loans and 300% as housing loans.
Lawmakers who took car loans worked out a plan with their banks where their salaries were being paid for the banks to automatically deduct a percentage from their salaries to pay their car loans.
According to the source
“The loans were obtained for the lawmakers through the banks where their salary accounts are domiciled, hence the bankers usually deduct certain percentage agreed upon from their monthly payments to service the car, housing and furniture loans.”he said
Deputy House Majority Leader,   Leo Ogor, confirmed the report and said they will take their operational vehicles away if they want to but will pay some money for the car.

“I don’t know what the amount will be; but I know that the cars are not for free. The management of the National Assembly will work it out and communicate to members accordingly”, he said.

Attendees listen as speakers from different faiths speak at an interfaith rally titled “Love is Stronger than Hate” at the Islamic Community Center in Phoenix, June 1, 2015. The rally was held in response to an earlier anti-Muslim rally at the same location.
An Arizona mosque was the site of of a “love not hate” event on Monday (June 1) to promote peace and inclusiveness despite anti-Islam demonstration last week where counter-protesters were shouting “Go home, Nazis."
Religious News Service reports that the Islamic Community Center of Phoenix said it was hosting a gathering that includes a multi-faith prayer service and speakers to “show that when one of us is mistreated, our community responds with a message of Love and Not Hate.”
“We ask that you bring a FLOWER as a symbol of love and care,” the event organizers said on Facebook. “We are better together, and together we are strong.”
Monday’s event, organized by more than 20 groups, comes four days after an anti-Muslim event held outside the mosque drew more than 200 protesters, some armed, who berated Islam and its Prophet Muhammad.
The rally was held at the mosque in part because two Texas gunmen who opened fire outside an anti-Muslim event in Texas last month had worshipped there, said rally organizer Jon Ritzheimer, an Iraq war veteran.
As that event unfolded, demonstrators on both sides screamed obscenities at each other as police in riot gear separated the two groups.
It was gathered that on Monday evening, about 200 participants filed into the mosque, some carrying roses, tulips and daisies.
“There’s been a lot of effort to divide the faith community and set us apart from one another and we want to demonstrate a strong message of togetherness,” Reverend Erin Tamayo, executive director of Arizona Faith Network, which helped to organize the event, said. “I am praying we don’t get any negative response.”
Most of those who attended had left by Monday night with no reports of violent flare-ups or arrests.
Among other co-sponsors of Monday’s were the Islamic Speakers Bureau of Arizona, Arizona Interfaith Movement and the Anti-Defamation League, according to the Facebook posting.

Terrified Coptic Christians flee from their homes following blasphemy accusations

Coptic homes in his village have been stoned and attacked with Molotov cocktails, a car has been destroyed and several homes set on fire

Coptic Christians in Egypt Coptic Christians in Egypt
Coptic Christian homes have been attacked and families forced to flee from a village in Egypt after reports that Islam was insulted on Facebook.
But some Muslims in the Beni Suef governorate in Egypt tried to protect Copts from villagers angered over alleged "insults to Islam".
Christian Today reports that Ayman Youssef Tawfiq, from Kafr Darwish in Al-Fashn, denies he posted cartoons on Facebook that were insulting to the Prophet Muhammad.
Nevertheless, Coptic homes in his village have been stoned and attacked with Molotov cocktails. A car has been destroyed and several homes set on fire.
Reports say meetings were even held in the village in an attempt to resolve the crisis, but this merely led to Youssef and four of his relatives' families being driven out of town. After this, a further 10 Coptic homes were burned down.
The Coptic newspaper Al-Watani reported that among those who defended the Coptic homes from the attackers were a number of Muslim youths. Police also intervened promptly.
Ishak Ibrahim, a researcher on religion at the Egyptian Initiative for Personal Rights, told Daily News Egypt: "Ayman is an illiterate person who usually lives in Jordan who was accused of sharing the picture by locals at his village in Beni Suef when he returned. At first, a case was filed against him and the people in the village wanted to charge him with a fine. They later changed their minds and decided they wanted him to leave. Ayman has three brothers, each with a family, and elderly parents in their 70s and 80s living in the village. All of them were made to leave the village."
He said local officials had authorised the decision to drive the families out of the village.
"There were two meetings, one at a police station and the second in the Mayor's house, attended by local Christians and Muslims," he said.
The Mayor, Ahmed Maher, is reported to have told the families that the police could not guarantee their safety if they decided to stay.
Ibrahim continued: "The violations of people who express their religious opinions and the persecution of minorities is ongoing in Egypt. It increases when individuals are accused of insulting religion, as usually the trials in these cases are not fair.
"The charges for insulting religion are very vague and do not define which acts can be considered insulting or not. For instance if an imam said that all Christians are kuffar, would this be considered insulting? Anyone who openly calls for violence and hatred should be the only ones charged."

2 Housewives with cocaine in their pr!vate parts arrested at Lagos Airport

sexy-woman-elite-daily
Officials of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested two housewives for ingesting cocaine, packing some on their underwear and also inserting them in their private parts.
The two women were apprehended at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport (MMIA), Lagos, while attempting to board a Qatar Airways flight to China.
In their statements, the women claimed that they smuggled cocaine because they were abandoned by their husbands.
Priscilla, when asked questions, said that she wanted to establish herself financially to take care of her children.
“I am married to a soldier but he abandoned me 10 years ago when he retired from the army. I got married early because there was no money for me to further my studies after my primary education. My husband, who is a retired soldier, abandoned me. Since then, my life has been sorrowful.

“I sell female clothes and shoes to take care of my children. I met a man at the market who promised to assist me in my business by making me an importer. This was how we began to talk on phone. He gave me recharge cards and money to sustain myself. It was the day I was to travel that he told me that I would take drugs to China.
“He took me to a hotel where I was given the drugs and $6,000 to buy my goods in China. I could only swallow 10 wraps, so I forced some in my vagina and packed others in my underwear,” she said.
Uzoma who also said that her husband abandoned her with seven children, stated;
“I sell female bags and shoes to sustain myself and my children. My husband left me in 2005 and since then, I have been facing several challenges. I took loan to travel to China and in the process, I incurred huge debt which compounded my problems.
“At a point, I had no money for food, school fees and even house rent. This was what made me to smuggle drugs. I swallowed 59 wraps of drugs all through the night because of $6,000. I also packed some in my underwear and one in my vagina. It was a terrible experience. I feel so sad that I have to end up this way as a Christian.”
NDLEA commander at the Lagos Airport, Mr. Hamza Umar, described the suspects as desperate traffickers saying:
“these women are curiously desperate for ingesting drugs, packing some on their bodies and inserting in their vagina. The first one, Alaka Deborah Uzoma, 47 years old, was found with 1.180 kilogrammes of cocaine. She inserted 260 grammes of cocaine in her private part and ingested 60 wraps weighing 920 grammes.
“The second suspect, Chukwujekwu Chinyere Priscilla, 45 years old, was caught with 1.455 kilogrammes of cocaine. She packed 59 wraps on her body, inserted one parcel in her vagina weighing 1.285 kilogrammes and ingested 10 wraps weighing 170 grammes. They are both from Anambra State.”
“it is good that the drugs were detected here by our officials because China has capital punishment for drug trafficking. This arrest has saved them from death and the country from embarrassment. Their action is utterly disgraceful because as mothers, they ought to show good example for their children to emulate.”
