Afrocandy Blasts Pastors, take your hungry selves and go preach to Boko haram

Judith Chichi Opara Mazagwu, commonly known by her stage name Afro Candy, shared this warning to preachers on her Facebook page..

Before you enter my inbox telling me to repent and preaching to me how Jesus loves me and died for me please look me well. I am a Christian, I praise and worship my God and his son Jesus Christ always, and I know they love me, protect, provide for me and my children, you don't need to tell me.
Some people even take the pain to register at my websites, spend time looking at all the naked people before starting their preaching. Let me warn you, my new approach to get
you off my pages now is to message your wives to come get you out of my pages since blocking does not make much impact anymore, when you get to your wives you can explain to them how my websites or pages look like Churches.
So my advice to y'all is to take your hungry selves and go preach to Boko haram since you seriously want to preach...Rubbish!

See Photos from the Horrific Slaughter of 250 Whales in Faroe Islands

Shocking footage has emerged which shows the slaughter of 250 pilot whales in the Faroe Islands yesterday.

According to reports, the horrendous event, known as the grindadráp and which happens every year, sees locals luring the animals to the shore before attacking them with lances and knives.

The innocent whales were forced to swim towards the beaches in Bøur and Tórshavn, only for locals to run down from the jetty towards them. Using an array of weapons, including sharp knives and harpoons, the locals begin to hack at the animals, slicing at their fatty necks and puncturing their sides. The water quickly turned red with all the blood as one by one, the whales are ruthlessly
slaughtered by the heartless locals.

Close footage showed some of the huntsmen laughing and smiling, droplets of blood dripping down from their sweaty brows.

Each year,  the brutal attack on the whales is carried out across the archipelago of the Faroes Island. These year's event were filmed by Sea Shepherd, a non-profit marine conservation society. Five members of the group were arrested while attempting to disrupt the bloody event that has been practiced for centuries.

All the hunted whales are used for their food, with pilot whale meat and flubber being the main products used by the Faroese

See Photos: Dead woman withdraws N5m from bank

Mrs Cordelia Iwegbuna Idowu Okocha, died of breast cancer, at the age of 50 on August 7, 2004, and was buried in September 2004. Four years after her death, she ‘visited’ her bank and withdrew more than N527,500 from her savings account in a first generation bank (name withheld).

The statement of account of the dead woman indicated that she withdrew N500,000 by ‘self ’ on February 19, 2008. On February 28, 2008, she made another withdrawal of N27,500 by ‘self’. She made all the withdrawals at the Awolowo Road branch of the bank.

Her only child, Chukwudi Uche Okocha, explained:
“My mother died on August 7, 2004 as a result of breast cancer and my dad died on February 1, 2006. He slept and did not wake up. I am the only child of my parents, I was 17 years old when my mother died. My mum was sick for about eight months, suffering from breast cancer before she gave up. Since my parents died, I’ve been managing, trying to cope through the help of family and friends.
There is a particular family that took me under their care and since then I’ve been living with them. And to God be the glory, they have been trying. I got admission into University of Lagos to study Mathematics in 2006. It has not been easy not having one’s parents around.
“My mother spent a lot of money when she was sick due to the nature of the sickness. We all know that it is not easy to manage cancer. But about a month before she died, she told me that she had something in her savings account; that was her salary account. She told me that whatever happened, there was something left in the account. When she died, she was paid her July salary. Before she died, she told me that she had over N200,000 left in her account and when she died her salary was paid into the account. So, there was over N500,000 in the account when she died.”
Chukwudi, who is now 28 added:
“But being the only one, I was not able to process the transfer of the money to my account. My dad was unable to process it before he died. Between 2008 and 2009, I tried to process the letter of administration of my mother’s estate through the Lagos probate court and they gave me the certificate to get the money in the account. That was when I applied for the balance and they told me that the balance was about N500. I was shocked because she told me what she had left in the account before she died and I know she did not go to the bank after she told me what she had in the bank. But even if there was no money, the July salary should have been there because it was paid after she had died. And I have a copy of the pay slip for the July salary. When I met Barrister Eluma, I complained to him that there was something wrong with the account.
“When we went to see the then branch manager of the bank, she asked if I was sure that my mother was dead. But she was not ready to disclose anything. So, I felt there was foul play somewhere and I decided to see a lawyer and see what we could do about it. We discovered that two withdrawals were made from my mother’s account in February, 2008; that is four years after she died. Did she come from her grave to withdraw the money from her account? It is a savings account, meaning that she was the only person who could make withdrawals from the account. So, how come withdrawals were made four years after she died? The withdrawals were made by ‘self’ according to the statement of account. It means that somebody, most likely a staff, who knows she was dead or knows something about her withdrew the money.
“What I need now is for them to refund the money and pay some compensation for the inconveniences I have gone through over the years. If I had been able to access the money, it would have been very useful, particularly when I was in school. Again, the value of the money has depreciated in the past 11 years. You can imagine what I could have done if I had gotten the money then. So, they should compensate me.”
Meanwhile, he has written a petition to the Assistant Inspector General of Police in-charge of Zone 2 Command, Nigeria Police, Zone 2 headquarters, Onikan, Lagos. Dated June 17, 2015, it was captioned, RE: *** Account No2004452106; Account Name: Okocha Cordelia I. Petition On Criminal Breach Of Trust, Fraudulent Misrepresentation, Conspiracy, Forgery, Stealing.

Finally, End In Sight To National Assembly Crises

It seems the fiasco that started in National Assembly due to election of Saraki and Dogara as Senate President and speaker seems to be coming to an end.

This became clear following developments that happened earlier in the week. In House of Rep members loyal to the Gbajabiamila camp said they will consider an offer made by Dogara to give home of the supporters of Gbajabiamila the chance to become majority leader provided the person is from North West the zone that provided the most Representatives.

Similarly, the Unity forum Senators loyal to Senator Lawan seems to be warming up to Saraki as Senate President as Senator Shehu Sani who was one of the frontline supporters of Lawan in the days leading to the election on Friday July 24th represented the Senate President.
Reactions from Nigerians shows clearly that indeed Nigerians want this fracas at the National Assembly behind them and want to see the law makers get down to work to enact legislations that will affect the life's of Nigerians.

Police confirms forged document used to elect Saraki & Deputy

The Nigeria Police have concluded their probe into the forgery of the Senate Standing Order and given a copy of the report to President Muhammadu Buhari for necessary action against all those involved.

The President has received a copy of the full report, said a highly reliable source in the presidency. The police report confirmed that the Standing Rules used to inaugurate the 8th Assembly were forged

In the report, the Police recommended the prosecution of
everyone that has been found culpable of forging the orders, which was used in the controversial election of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki, and his deputy, Ike Ekweremadu, on June 9, 2015.

The report was said to have indicted the management of the National Assembly, especially the Clerk, Salisu Maikasuwa and recommended the prosecution of all the suspects.

The Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Solomon Arase, handed over copy of the investigative report to Buhari at the Presidential Villa in Abuja last Sunday.

The source said, “I can confirm to you that the President has a copy of the Police’s investigation report on the Senate forgery and I can also authoritatively tell you that the report confirmed that the Senate rules were forged.”

Tinubu behind Saraki’s Wife EFCC Ordeal — Senator Waku

A former Vice-Chairman and member, Board of Trustees of the Arewa Consultative Forum, Senator Joseph Waku, has accused the National Leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, of masterminding the petition that let to the summoning of the wife of the Senate President, Toyin Saraki, by the EFCC.

According to the controversial former Senator, the decision was followed by a promise to help secure a second term for the EFCC Chairman, Ibrahim Lamorde.

But Tinubu said Waku should not be taken seriously, as he's broke and needed money from Saraki.

Waku, in a statement sent to journalists in Abuja on Saturday, alleged that Tinubu is using his personal relationship with the EFCC Chairman “to embarrass and torment fellow party members” as unfortunate.
Waku claimed that his findings showed that Tinubu personally gave the petition to Lamorde under the guise that he was submitting it on behalf of the APC leadership to punish Saraki for working against the party’s leadership on the choice of National Assembly leaders.

He said, “I have chosen to speak out on this issue and make my findings on this issue known to the public. After days of painstaking enquiries, I discovered that both Tinubu and Lamorde maintain a mutually beneficial relationship since the days of Lamorde as the EFCC Director of Operations and based in Lagos between 2003 and 2007, when Tinubu was equally the Governor of Lagos.

“I also discovered from my findings in EFCC that the so-called petition against Mrs. Saraki was personally given to Lamorde by Tinubu under the guise that he was submitting the petition on behalf of the APC leadership to punish Saraki for working against the party’s leadership on the choice of National Assembly leaders. This was followed by a promise to help secure a second term for Lamorde as EFCC chairman.”

The controversial politician, who once called for coup few years after the return of democracy, claimed EFCC “is again being dragged into the political arena to settle political scores like some years ago.”

But when PUNCH contacted Tinubu’s Media Adviser, Sunday Dare, he said, “No one should pay Senator Waku any attention. We know when he is broke and needs a quick fix.”

“What he has said is fit for the trash. No one should dignify Waku’s tales by moonlight with any attention or ever take him serious. For any serious individual with a reputation to protect, Waku is a very poor hire. Waku is an individual with no shred of reputation and a political pariah in his home state.

“Tinubu does not run or dictate to the EFCC. And like countless others, Tinubu had also been investigated by the EFCC several times in the past. Tinubu has no hand in the travails of anyone because he is right now very busy, working with others of like minds on how the APC political agenda can set sail as quickly as possible. That is the urgency of now and not the tantrums of the likes of Waku.”

50 Cent to pay additional $2 mil in sex tape damages

50 Cent has been instructed to fork over another $2 million in punitive damages to Rick Ross' baby mama, Lastonia Leviston, for leaking her sex tape online.
A lawyer for Leviston had urged jurors to award her $15 million in punitive damages but was rather awarded $7 mil especially because 50 Cent told the jury this week that he was worth less than $5 million in an effort to get some leniency. 50 Cent's attorney had asked them to order he pay $700,000.The jury announced the judgment in NYC on yesterday. 50 already got hit with a $5 million judgment in the case earlier this month which lead to him filing for personal bankruptcy.

50 Cent's attorney has released a statement saying the rapper plans to fight the judgement hoping to "reduce the size of the award."
