Wanted female alleged thieves arrested in Akwa Ibom (photos)

Two women alleged to be notorious robbers alleged to specialize in entering people's shops, boutiques, restaurants, etc pretending to buy something but end up robbing them in Uyo, have been arrested by the police. The suspects, Grace Ekpo and Mfon Daniel from Itiam Ikot Ebia, Uyo LGA, were arrested last Thursday after they stole from a boutique and were making their escape in a Keke. The owner of the store raised the alarm and passersby pursued the women and caught them.

Explaining to people what happened, the boutique owner said
"The two girls enter my shop on a pretence to buy from me but after picking all the costly female hand bags, shoes, men gens, hand watches and cloths worth forty-five thousand naira; instead of them to pay for what they have bought, they sent me to go and buy them drinks. So, I went to buy drinks for them at the nearby shop. As I returned, I met them making calls, and immediately their operational Keke man who was on a standby to pick them came and the went inside the Keke with all my cloths without paying. So, I tell them to give me my cloths, they refused. So, I started shouting, help! Thief! Thief! But the Keke man had already moved. As God would like it, luck ran out on them, the people around and people using car pursued them and caught them"
Confessing to the crime, the women alllegedly said
"When we entered people shop, anything you sell we will pack the most costly ones; after which we will asked you to get us water or send you on an errand, that will make us run away with the goods without paying for it. We rob women in Keke, we pick recharge card bags and anything that would fetch us quick money.’
The women confessed to stealing clothes from other boutiques on the street and terrorizing pedestrians and residents of Uyo. They were almost lynched if not for the timely intervention of the police. The women are currently at the station at Barracks Road Division, Akwa Ibom State.

Karrueche and Christina Milian are now lesbiand lovers? Lol

Women can't be single and be best friends without them being lesbians? US blogger Sandra Rose wrote a not so blind item with these pics, claiming there's something going on between Karrueche and Christina who have ended their relationships with the celeb boyfriend. Below is what she wrote..
"These two Hollywood exes have reportedly given up on men for good and are now intimately involved with each other. The two women recently got out of abusive relationships with men. The women reportedly began dating exclusively 2 months ago - and they don’t care who knows it."
One of the socialites, who has no kids of her own, is very much involved with raising her lover’s daughter. Word has it that the woman has assumed the role of “daddy” in the child’s life. They say she spends her own money buying expensive gifts for her new family. She is very jealous and controlling. The brunette keeps a tight leash on her lady. She allegedly gets very upset if her blond bombshell even glances at a man. Her girlfriend loves the attention. Meanwhile, insiders whisper how easily the brunette slipped into the role of stud lesbian. But it’s an open secret that she is an aggressive bisexual who prefers lipstick lesbians. Can you guess who the couple is?

Two Fathers narrate how they lost two of their children in Jos school building collapse

Fathers of two of the victims of the Jos school building collapse which happened over the weekend have spoken out about losing their children. Rabiu Hussaini Dogon-Driver whose 6year old daughter, Hajara, (left) was killed in the incident, said his little girl had actually brought him water to drink that Sunday afternoon before she proceeded to join her other siblings at the Islamic school where they took their Quaranic lessons.
“Hajara brought me water to drink around 4pm and after that I told her to join her four siblings to go to the Islamiyya, but it was my last moment with her.” he told Dailytrust
Rabiu said he had gone to see a friend when he got information that the building where his children were being taught had collapsed.
“I rushed there and found many people trying to rescue children from the rubble but I could not find my kids, later I found the oldest and a few minutes later the other one was also found unhurt. By evening, all my children except Hajara were safe and I knew in my heart that she was no more, I knew she was dead”, he added.
He said although Hajara was the first to be removed from the rubble, it was not until 8pm that her couple was recovered as they did not know where it was deposited
“My relatives had gone round hospitals in Jos city but could not find her until we went into a nearby clinic and on sighting her toes, because she was covered in dust, one of our relatives identified her and she was buried on yesterday (Monday),” he said
Another man, Muhammadu Danyaya also recounted how he lost his 8 year old son, Musa, in the incident. He said three of his sons were in the school when the building collapsed.
“They were not supposed to go to school that day because they had been chased away for school fees but that morning, the principal saw me and asked me to send them to school and I did. I heard a loud sound and saw the dust but I didn’t know it was at the school until I saw people running towards the area. Thank God I got there in time to rescue my two other sons but I was too late for the other one because he was buried in the rubble for about two and half hours.  I found my oldest son in the rubble, his legs were trapped. We were able to use a shovel to rescue him. My youngest was still on another part of the first floor of the building and as that part was crumbling, he jumped and I was able to grab him,” he said
