Explosion rocks three Rivers state High Courts

Unknown persons carried out a coordinated bomb attack on three separate High Courts in Degema, Isiokpo and Port Harcourt areas of Rivers state this morning. According to reports, the bombs went off almost at the same time, burning court documents beyond recognition.

The state police command confirmed the incident and said investigation is ongoing to bring the culprits to book. Fortunately no life was lost...

But more importantly as the candidate, Gen Buhari, has said, it is essentially not how much really Nigeria earns, it is what value we get out of that money. If we had sold crude oil, our major income earner for like almost 5-6 years at over a $100 per barrel and all of us are saying there is pain, do we want to continue now when there is reduced income with the same team on the same management capacity. If they couldn't do topnotch at $100 per barrel, can we trust them to do more with less?" he added.

according to report, the clip, which has a watermark referencing a live sex chat website, went viral and has been shared more than 250,000 times.

Iran offers to help Nigeria fight Boko Haram

Iranian government has announced its willingness to use its expertise and experience in fighting  terror groups, ISIS and Al-Qaeda in their country to help fight Nigeria's terror group, Boko Haram.

Speaking at the ongoing 4th Assembly of the African Union (AU) Heads of State and Government in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia today Jan. 31st, the Iranian Deputy Foreign Affairs Minister, Amir Hossein Abdollohian their country is willing to help Nigeria and Somalia in combating terrorism.

“Boko Haram in Nigeria and Al-Shabaab in the Horn of Africa are similar with Al-Qaeda and ISIS in parts of the Middle East using similar methods of operations to cause havoc to the people of the two regions. Iran is therefore willing to use its experience in dealing with terror groups to assist in combatting these groups in Africa." he said
