The micheal jakson's estate has been cleared of it's recent child molestation charge raised by a Australian-born choreographer who accused the late King of Pop in 2013 of years of assault.
According to Superior Court Judge, Mitchell Beckloff's ruling on Tuesday, May 26, wade robsonwaited for too long to file a legal action hence his accusation was untimely and should be dismissed.
Robson had previously denied the pop superstar molested him and testified in Jackson’s defense at the singer’s criminal trial in 2005. Robson also spoke favorably about Jackson after the singer’s death in 2009, reports PageSix.
Nonetheless, Robson sued Jackson’s estate in May 2013 over the molestation allegations he once denied ever took place.
Robson's attorney, Maryann Marzano said Jackson molested her client for more than seven years. But Howard Weitzman, attorney for Jackson’s estate denied the allegations.
Robson’s attorney wrote in a statement that Beckloff’s ruling will be appealed, and the molestation claim will be pursued against Jackson’s business entities.
On the other hand, Jackson estate attorney praised the ruling and noted Robson’s previous testimony about Jackson.
