After turning himself in, Jack Warner was released on a bail of $2.5 million bail and is due back in court in July
Former FIFA vice-president Jack Warner turned himself in to Trinidad police.
Warner
was named by the US Department of Justice in a list of 14 people
indicted for alleged corruption, following raids in Zurich on Wednesday.
The Trinidad police after a request from America authorities issued an arrest warrant.
He has been released on $2.5 million bail.
He did not enter a plea and is scheduled to appear in court again July 12.
The 72-year-old who was forced out of FIFA in 2011 over a bribery scandal released a statement immediately he was named in the corruption investigation.
