  Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola, today, May 26, 2015, commissioned the Lekki Free Zone (LFZ) (Phase 1) Independent Power Plant.

  Fashola also commissioned the Candel Agrochemical Manufacturing Plant which is similarly located in the LFZ.

  The governor explained that the power plant is the 6th to be commissioned in 8 years and would cater to the whole of the Ibeju- Lekki as well as creating more employment and services for the people.
