Man who raped 2yr old girl & killed her great-grandparents jailed for 359 years

A man who raped a two-year-old girl and murdered her great-grandparents has been jailed for 359 years. Remorseless Jerry Active, 26, continued to protest his innocence as he was sentenced for his sickening crimes.

The Alaska native bludgeoned Touch Chea, aged 71, and his 73-year-old wife Sorn Sreap to death at their Anchorage home in May 2013.

He also raped Sreap and the couple's two-year-old great-granddaughter in a random attack which police described as one of the "worst thing they had ever seen in their lives".

He was found guilty on 10 felony counts, including first-degree murder, multiple counts of sexual assault, sexually abusing a minor and robbery in April.

Police said he also sexually assaulted a 90-year-old woman, who died in June.

Active had been released early from prison just hours before the attacks, according to state officials.

He was set free on probation after serving part of a seven-year sentence for pleading guilty to breaking into an Alaska home in 2009 and sexually assaulting a child and other residents.

Alaska Dispatch News quoted Anchorage Superior Court Judge Philip Volland as saying: "Mr. Active's actions will remain a scar on the community.
"These murders were senseless, brutal, bloody and bloodthirsty."

Man injects Viagra into his manhood and it almost explodes

A man had to be rushed to hospital after his penis nearly exploded when he injected it with 'Viagra'.
The terrified victim had to have lots of blood pumped from his manhood after his lusty experiment went horribly wrong.

And unbelievably the foolhardy Lothario, 31, who goes by the username sorec**k, says he will do it again just as soon as he recovers.

The cautionary tale came to light on the social media site Reddit. His story began when he and his wife, 27, decided to try swinging and enjoyed it thoroughly. But his stamina didn't match his ambition.
He posted:
"I got a little greedy. "I saw a urologist and told him I had erectile dysfunction. "He prescribed various pills."
But none of them had the desired effect."So the next step was injections straight into the side of the penis," he said. "I called it Viagra in the post title, but actually it's called TriMix. "Same effect though. "I initially balked at the idea."
After doing some research on the effects, however, he was sold. Initially things were going well, but when it was time to stop, he encountered a problem.
"And that's where things got dicey," he said. "I started pouring cold water over it. Nothing. "I took four Sudafed pills (as suggested online when you get an out-of-control erection). Nothing.
"I started exercising major muscle groups, doing endless sets of push-ups, pull-ups, squats, etc. (also recommended online, in order to divert the blood). Nothing. "Three hours in, it was starting to really hurt...and I was starting to panic.
"Knowing that the medication came with a warning that prolonged erections lasting longer than four hours require emergency medical attention, I rushed to the ER. "Telling the elderly Hispanic woman in triage what happened wasn't fun. "I was writhing in pain at this point, and...was so sensitive and painful, I could not walk and required a wheelchair because the sensation of it rubbing against my shorts as I walked was incredibly painful.
"Yes, I was awkwardly covering up my erection the entire time. "Eventually I got wheeled into a room."I got two full doses of morphine before I calmed down a bit. 40 minutes later, a team of doctors and nurses came in.
"The resident doctor was a young, cute Indian woman who - unlike the others in the room who tried very hard to act serious - read me and the situation better and made it pretty clear that she thought this was all pretty hilarious and cheered me up immediately, by turns making fun of me and being very vaguely flirtatious.
"Eventually they got a butterfly needle and proceeded to extract a STUPENDOUS amount of blood...as the doctors took turns squeezing.
"Needless to say, I'll be doing this again, starting at a third of the first dosage."

3 generations of a family die during the botched delivery of a baby

In a bizarre story that has continued to  baffle investigators and residents of a Lagos community, three generations of a family have died during the delivery of a baby. It was gathered that on May 7, 2015 Dr. Bosun Owolabi, was called when 34-year-old Edith Ororobi, went into labour to give birth to her first child.
The doctor allegedly ran to the house at Bogije Town in Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos at about 3am.

But by the time he was done with the delivery, Edith; her 61-year-old mother, Elizabeth Ororobi, who witnessed the procedure, and the newborn baby, were all dead.

Police sources said that Owolabi instantly fled the scene only to contact a relation of the victims on the phone and explained how the grandmother had died of shock after her daughter and newborn grand baby had died.T he man, who was contacted was Elizabeth’s younger brother, Jite Tubman.
In his statement to the police, Tubman explained that at about 3.14am on May 7, he received a call from a doctor, whom he later learnt was Dr. Owolabi.
Tubman said,
“The doctor said my elder sister died of shock after realising that her daughter, Edith, had died during delivery.
“The father of the dead newborn baby, has travelled out of the country. I later reported the case to the police, who took an ambulance and followed us to the house.”
The bodies of mother, child and grandmother were deposited at the Lagos Island General Hospital.
A police source said that by the time they got to the scene, Owolabi, was nowhere to be found.
“The mother was found in a pool of her own blood while the baby was found dead on a bed. The grandmother was also found on the floor lying on her right side. We are still searching for the doctor. The family has even refused to come forward after reporting the case,” a police source said.
When Saturday PUNCH contacted Dr. Owolabi on the phone to get his side of this story, he said his lawyer would be in a position to tell the story better.
“I don’t want to say what I did not do,” he said.
Asked to explain what actually happened during the delivery and why he was on the run, Dr. Owolabi said,
“I am not on the run. That is a lie. I was never arrested and I am not aware that the case is now at Panti (DCI). I cannot say anything further.”
The police believe that Dr. Owolabi works with the Government Health Centre at Arapaji Village, Ibeju-Lekki but explained that the case has been stalled because the family seemed not to be interested in it.

Parents of transgendered 9 year old claim discrimination, sues school

The parents claim officials in Komarek School District 94 in North Riverside discriminated against the third grader. The parents of a transgender boy file a petition against a west suburban school district, claiming their son was denied use of the boys' restroom.

The child was born female, but diagnosed with gender dysphoria and now identifies as a boy.

The petition states the student was told to use a restroom for adult faculty members

The parents contacted the school social worker in January 2015 about their child’s change in gender identity, and since then he has participated in all school activities as a male, according to the petition.

However, school administrators barred him from the boys’ restroom and instead arranged for him to use a bathroom designated for adult faculty and staff, causing him anxiety and depression “surrounding his lack of complete acceptance as a boy at the school,” the petition says.

“We work with every family to support the unique needs of our students,” a district spokesman said in a statement Friday. “In doing so, our paramount concern is maintaining a supportive and safe learning environment for all of our students.”

The parents filed a discrimination complaint with the Illinois Department of Human Rights, which certified their case last week as a civil rights violation, the petition says.

They are seeking an injunction that would allow the child to use the boys’ restroom for the upcoming school year, which starts Aug. 26.

President Buhari to set up special courts for looters

According to a report by Punch, the Federal Government might be establishing special courts to try people who have stolen from the country. Buhari may even have started plans to submit a bill on the special anti-corruption courts to the National Assembly. Sources in the know told the newspaper that the government is currently looking for fearless judges that would prosecute these corrupt individuals.

All the states of the federation will have these special courts so FG is looking for 36 incorruptible judges. A source told Punch that Buhari decided to set up the planned special courts because of the long delay by regular courts in deciding corruption-related cases.

Pics of wife of PDP Chieftain murdered in PH + family petitions IGP

On July 8th, I reported about a woman - Mrs. Ebire Ejor (nee Amungo), the wife of a PDP chieftain in Rivers state, Chief Ngowah Ejor, who was murdered by unknown gunmen in Port Harcourt. Read here. Above is the woman who was unfortunately killed. After the cut, you will find a petition by Amungo family on her suspicious death. Rea it after the cut...

Suspicious death of Mrs. Ebiegberi Ejor: Amungo Family Petitions IG of Police.
The Amungo Family of Adubabiri compound of Southern Ijaw local government of Bayelsa State have called on the Inspector-General of Police, Mr. Solomon Arase to appoint a seasoned police officer to investigate the suspicious death of Mrs. Ebiegberi Ejor (nee Amungo). In a petition signed on behalf of the family by Dr. Ebimo Amungo, and delivered to the Force Headquarters in Abuja, the family said they have lost faith in the ability of the policemen of the Rivers State Police Command to find the true and probable cause of the death of Mrs. Ejor, who, the family believes, was murdered with her business partner.

In the revealing petition, the Amungo family gave full details of how Mrs. Ejor, the proprietor of Ebilabelle Fashion House and Big Sky School, was found dead by the police in a hotel room with her business partner. This is contrary to news that had been released to the public that she was abducted by kidnappers and murdered by political opponents of her husband.

The Amungo family disclosed in their petition that on the 6th of July, 2015 the manager of Ugalink Hotel, situated in 9/11 Odumini Lane, Road 24 Extension A, Agip Estate, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, reported to the Ada George Road Police Division, the discovery of two dead persons in one of the rooms of the hotel. Checks at the Corporate Affairs Commission in Abuja revealed that the hotel is owned by Rt. Hon. I. Ibani, the current Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

It was further disclosed that a police team sent from the division identified the dead persons as Mrs. Ebiegberi Ejor (nee Amungo); a 41 year old mother of four children married a prominent business man in Rivers State and former Eleme Local government chairman, Chief Ejor Ngowa Ejor. The deceased male was identified as Mr. Freedom Rondue Harrison, a Nigerian-born, France-based, known business associate of Mrs. Ejor’s. They were both found naked on the floor in the position of an embrace with the shower in-between their bodies at the entrance of the shower cubicle.

The policemen at the scene took pictures of deceased, their clothing and other evidence in the hotel room. The recently appointed Commissioner of Police of the Rivers State Police Command, Mr. Chris Ezike, the petition added,  went personally to Chief Ejor’s residence inform him of his wife’s death on the evening of 6th of July.  Two persons were sent to the hotel room to confirm the identity the deceased. One was a close aide of the deceased’s husband, Mr. Tonye Cookey-Gam, and the other was Mrs. Ejor’s mother. Thereafter, the policemen evacuated the corpses to the morgue at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital (UPTH) and both bodies were embalmed.

On Tuesday, 7th July, 2015, the commissioner of police secured a magistrate’s order for an autopsy to be conducted on Mrs. Ejor and on Wednesday, July 8th, the autopsy was conducted at UPTH by one Dr. Obiorah and was witnessed by Mr. Cookey-Gam, for the deceased’s husband her  younger brother of the deceased, who represented the Amungo Family. The report of the autopsy concluded that the Mrs. Ejor died by electrocution.

The Amungo family posited that from what they had gathered so far, the initial conclusions of the police officers investigating the case was that both deceased were electrocuted while having a bath together in the hotel shower cubicle. The family rejected that theory of the police. Rather, they contend that both Mrs. Ejor and Mr. Harrison were murdered and their bodies planted in the hotel room in a manner to create the impression that they were electrocuted while having a bath. The family told the Inspector General that “ the theory of electrocution while having a bath is spurious and hard to believe, especially with evidence at the scene, and crucially, evidence on the photographs supplied by the police.”

The family accused the policemen investigating the case of showing   “gross negligence and incompetence” for a number of reasons which they listed to include; the fact that the whole basis of the police  investigation so far is directed towards only one conclusion-which is that both deceased were electrocuted while having a bath  in the shower. The family also accused the investigating police officers of directing the pathologist who conducted the autopsy on Mrs. Ejor towards the same conclusion despite clear signs of torture on the body of the deceased. The family argued that there were lots of inconsistencies in the pictures provided by the police of the deceased at the scene where she was discovered.
Furthermore, the family accused the policemen investigating the case of not securing the hotel room in which the deceased were found for further investigation, as the room was open for anyone to enter the very next day after both corpses were evacuated from it. The family called investigating police officers “incompetence” for  returning crucial items that could hold several clues about Mrs. Ejor’s death to the deceased’s husband on the same day her corpse was discovered in the hotel. The items included the deceased’s car, her phone and cloths. The Amungo family also complained that the investigating  police officers did not investigate the deceased’s phone calls for evidence of her whereabouts at various times using simple location pointers available at the telecoms providers.

There was a shocking revelation in the petition that the new Commissioner of Police of the Rivers State Police Command, Mr. Chris Ezike, who is a close friend of the deceased’s husband, was hosted by the deceased and her husband to lunch in their family house in GRA Port Harcourt on the day of her disappearance and eventual death. The Amungo family, thus, asserted that the police commissioner’s closeness to the deceased’s family might affect his professional judgment and interest regarding the investigation of the circumstance that led to her death.

Finally, the Amungo Family prayed that the Inspector-General of Police should appoint a seasoned police officer from outside the Rivers State Police Command to investigate the death of Mrs. Ejor and Mr. Harrison. They also requested that a second autopsy to be conducted on the deceased. Their third prayer is that the IGP directs that that the police investigates the deaths of Mrs. Ejor and Mr. Harrison as murders and apprehend those responsible for their deaths.
