Aliko Dangote Drops on Forbes Ranking

Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote on the latest ranking of billionaires released yesterday by Forbes Magazine saw him drop to 26th position from his formerly held 23rd position.

CEO, Dangote Group, that deals in sugar, flour, cement and now oil, dropped from his net worth of $25bn to $23.7bn says Forbes.
Mike Adenuga, BUA Group’s Abdulsalam Rabiu and fashion designer turned oil tycoon, Mrs. Folorunsho Alakija are some other Nigerians who are prominent on the billionaire list.
