Father, Brother, Cousin and Another Relative Killed Sister for Marrying a Man Against Their Wish

They call it ‘Honour Killing’ but where is the honour in killing your daughter or sister because she chose a partner you do not approve of? I really don’t understand some traditions at all – Anyways, four Pakistani men have been sentenced to death, for stoning their pregnant female relative to death in front of her husband because they did not approve of their marriage.

The deceased, identified as Farzana Iqbal, 25, was attacked in broad daylight on May 27 by her father, brother, cousin, and another relative, as she was savagely beaten for 15 minutes and had bricks thrown at her as she arrived at the court to defend her husband Mohammed on charges of her abduction brought by her family, and the police witness just watched on, doing nothing to stop the barbaric act.
Unfortunately, this happens everyday in Pakistan, and according to media reports the crime is so common, it rarely rates more than a paragraph in newspapers, how disgusting???
