30-year-old Matthew Brendan Warner of Newhall, threw morality and rationality to the wind, when he sexually abused and murdered of his 19-day-old daughter.
Deputy District Attorney Julie Kramer said that Warner faces one count each of murder, assault on a child causing death, torture, oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger and aggravated sexual assault of a child – And Warner faces a maximum penalty of life in state prison if convicted of all charges.
