Kanye West, 38, while accepting the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award at the 2015 MTV VMAs on Aug. 30, announced he would run for president – That means Kanye and Kim would be heading to Washington D.C. – Shock on co celebs at the event was undeniable.
