President Buhari has charged the minister-designates to avoid wastage
and impunity while in office. Buhari gave the charge during the ongoing
retreat for the 36 ministers-designate holding at the state house Abuja.
The retreat started yesterday November 4th and will end November 6th.

He called on the ministers-designates to be change agents and work as a
team to achieve his administration's dream for Nigeria. He also asked
them to use the office of his chief of staff as official communication
Channel inline with the presidential system of government.
