The way this country is going if care is not taking, it may totally lead to another thing. If you are a millionaire but you hinders a poor man progress, you are nothing but a leaving viruses in human blood gradually blocking the doors to your success. And If you are a poor man and decided to hinders a rich or a poor man blessing, you are just an ENEMIES OF PROGRESS meaning you are creating more hardship to yourself. If you are Rich and highly blessed, try and open door to the poor, and if you are poor, look for a simply way to assist the riches, for A proverb said "Blessed are the hand that given than those hand that takes. And always remember that all those things you do in darkness thinking that no one seems you, hundred eyes are watching you.
Last three weeks I went to buy a CD plate at Alaba International Market but to my greatest surprise the whole shops at Alaba International market was close and later reopen when members of Nigeria Police Forces storm the market. After i finished buying, I went to Delta State to sale, but to my greatest surprise again the whole Oghara and Sapele just look like where there just finished fighting Civil war. Meaning the shops was as well closed and all the street was filled with Area boy's making trouble for three good week while the Nigeria Police in the other end are trying to resolved the issue between them. Today been 20th August 2016 the whole shops at Ikeja was totally lock up and everywhere was filled with members of Military Men. When I ask what is going on, I was told that some business men are doing meeting, some say is spiritual fight between the business men, and Area boy's why some say there don't know. THE POWER SUPPLY GENERATING STATION

President Buhari government is a case of spiritual things, you can see since he assume office, No constant electricity , No Fuel etc maybe someone somewhere has offended somebody somewhere, it maybe during his campaign that he made a lot of promises . That is a spiritual powers of the ruler of darkness of this world. let take Ephesians 6:12 that talk about spiritual forces. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. And also let take the book of Mathew 24:29 that also say something about light, Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: in interpretation, the sun and moon aspect of it is our electricity, since president Buhari become a president of federal republic of Nigerian some part of the states are not having constant power supply and a lot of people are not happy about this government. Meaning there are also spiritual powers that can also manipulated and control our power houses called Electricity, which also need to be address either physically or spiritual.  click this link for more understanding.  visithttp://nigeriantopsecret.blogspot.com/2016/04/tribalism-religion-and-sentiment-and.html

Military rains bombs on militants in South-West.

No fewer than 100 people suspected to be militants have been reportedly killed as the Nigerian military on Saturday continued the aerial bombardment of Fatola, the base of militants and pipeline vandals in the Arepo area of Ogun State.
One of our correspondents who was around the scene of the incident at the time, observed that the attack started at about 12pm and lasted for about 30 minutes.
Our correspondent counted at least eight missiles fired by a fighter jet, which flew across the creek at intervals.
Another aircraft was observed hovering around the area.
Residents, who were caught unawares, ran for their lives due to the ground-shaking effects of the missiles.
Business activities were grounded and many residents fled their houses for fear of being hit by missiles.
A resident who was on the road when the shots were fired said the Saturday attack was more intense than previous air raids.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, she said, 'The air raid started on Thursday evening. It was just a missile that was released, but the effect was serious. On Friday evening, another airplane which flew across the creek released gunfire which lasted for some minutes. I could hear the shots as if they were fired close at me. But the Thursday and Friday attacks were child's play compared with that of today
'The aircraft releasing the missiles had three short wings with a sharp mouth. It maintained a visible presence in the sky and anytime it wanted to fire, it flew down as if it was about to crash. I never knew the military had such a weapon.'
Another resident, who also spoke on condition of anonymity, told our correspondent that he lay flat in his apartment during the Saturday attack.
He said, 'I was alone in the house with my son. The boy shook with fright every time a missile landed. I carried him and lay flat on the floor. The missiles shook the whole ground. I am not sure if I would continue to live here because of this. My landlord left with his family yesterday.'
A source close to the millitants told Tuesday PUNCH that the missiles levelled the base of the militants, adding that more than 100 people were killed.
He said, 'The whole place has been levelled. From the information I just gathered, those killed today Tuesday cannot be less than 100. I am aware that some of them (the militants) are presently in the waters where they are hiding. They are making calls and seeking escape routes from the place.'
Another source, who asked the military to intensify attacks on the militants, said the militants abandoned their ammunition in the creeks.
He said the men could regroup and cause greater havoc if given a breathing space.
He said, 'The heat is on them. One of them said it was because of the kidnap of a monarch in Lagos (Oniba of Iba) that the missile attack was intensified. He said he had asked his colleagues to release the monarch, but they didn't listen. I am aware that the monarch will be released between today and tomorrow, if he has not been killed.
'The military should deploy secret officials in Ibafo, Pakuro, Wawa and other villages. I believe those places will be their next hideouts. They must not be given any breathing space. If they are allowed to regroup, there will be serious problems.'
The acting Director of Defence Information, Brig-General Rabe Abubakar, confirmed the air strikes.
He said, 'The joint operation will continue until the area is secure and free from all forms of unwanted and criminal gangs whether they are militants or vandals.'
Abubakar, told one of our correspondents on the telephone on Saturday that while he would not confirm the exact casualty figure, the knew that some of the camps of the vandals were destroyed.
He gave the assurance that the military would ensure the destruction of more camps in the ongoing operation.
He said, 'No, we cannot confirm the exact casualty figure in the operation. There are so many camps, and we will continue to destroy them in that operation.
'We have taken some camps. The casualties cannot be confirmed but I know that we were able to target some of their camps and locations.'
Meanwhile, in an attempt to forestall the spate of militants' attacks, the Onijegun of Ijegun land in Lagos State, Oba Nureni Akinremi, on Friday convened a meeting at his palace.
Nigerian top secret learnt that the meeting, which was attended by all the chairmen of community development associations in Ijegun, examined the solution to security challenges posed by the militants.
A source close to the palace and who also attended the meeting told one of our correspondents that the community had resolved to hire members of the Oodua People's Congress to man strategic locations in the neighbourhood.
The source added that operational vehicles, motorcycles and walkie-talkies would be provided for the operatives to ensure effective performance.
He said, 'We have agreed to engage members of the Oodua People's Congress for the protection of the whole Ijegun, Ejigbo, Idimu, Ikorodu, Ketu, and Ojota against all the attacks that claimed lives in the community. We plan to hire 70 guards who would be deployed in various strategic points in the community.
'The guards are specifically meant to checkmate militants' attacks but they will also be working with the existing security men in each CDA. We have budgeted N5m to ensure their smooth operations and they will start by Wednesday
'People have made donations and contributions are on going in each CDA. We want to buy three buses and at least 10 motorcycles to aid their operations. We have already bought walkie talkie for them to communicate with one another and they are well armed. By God's grace, the buses will be available on Wednesday
'The operatives are a registered security organisation and they have their uniform and identity cards.'
The source added, 'Apart from that, we have resolved that from 12am till 5am, no okada rider will be allowed to operate in the community except there is an emergency.
'We also want to create awareness for all residents on the need to be security conscious. We are going to do this through distribution of pamphlets and announcements on radio stations. The abduction of the Oni HBba of Iba and attacks on communities in Lagos and Ogun states are very disturbing. That is why we are taking all these measures.' Nigerian has a Constitution which covers Human Rights, Labour Law etc but it is very unfortunate that some companies has take it as a habit of disobeying the Nigerian Labour law, yet we are all practicing democratic forms of government. Paul Boroh (retd), has said ex-Niger Delta militants will start receiving their stipends on Monday.
Boroh consequently appealed to the ex-militants in the region to shelve the planned protests scheduled to hold on Monday.
This was contained in a statement issued on Sunday by the Head of the Media and Communication Department of the office of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Abuja, Mr. Piriye Keyaramo.
The coordinator, who expressed concern over the plight of the ex-agitators in respect of the delay in the payment of their stipends, explained that President Muhammandu Buhari appreciated their patience and the challenges were being addressed.
The statement read in part, “President Buhari attaches so much importance to the Amnesty Programme, which explains why the President in his inaugural address to the nation specifically promised to invest heavily in the projects, and programmes currently in place for the ex-agitators in the region.”
Boroh added that the Federal Government planned to improve the amnesty programme for the benefit of the 30,000 ex-militants and other youths in the region.
“President Muhammandu Buhari, is already putting together a youth development and empowerment package that would directly impact the ex-agatators and other youths in the region,” he said. For more visit nigeriantopsecret.blogspot.com

Withdraw military from Ijaw land, Clark, others tell FG

Governor Seriake Dickson of Bayelsa State; elder statesmen, Chief Edwin Clark; and some prominent leaders including traditional rulers of the Ijaw nation drawn from the seven Niger Delta states, on Saturday, met in Warri, Delta State, over the resurgence of militancy in the region.
At the meeting, which was convened at the instance of Clark and held behind closed doors, the Ijaw leader said in his opening remark that unless Nigeria was restructured, marginalised voices would continue to rise against being treated as “second-class citizens in their own country.”
The emergency meeting convened over the resurgence of militancy in the region was attended by delegates from eight states of the Niger Delta region, including Dickson and the Deputy Governor of Delta State, Mr. Kingsley Otuaro.
While expressing displeasure over the crisis in the Niger Delta, Clark stressed that dialogue was the only possible solution.
He stated that while it was commendable that the Federal Government had agreed to dialogue with the militant groups to halt attacks on oil and gas facilities, it was not clear whom the government was discussing with.
According to the elder statesman, no Ijaw leader has been consulted by the Federal Government on the proposed dialogue towards halting ongoing attacks on oil facilities in the region.
“This country deserves restructuring. Unless this country is restructured, we (Ijaws) will continue to be treated as second-class citizens. We are not second-class citizens. We must fight for our rights but not by destruction of pipelines.
“We (Ijaw) are not presently in the scheme of things in this country. The Ijaw people must be accorded and included in this government. We are part of this country. We believe in the unity of this country.
“We cannot fold our arms when our children, women and people are being attacked and we pretend nothing is happening. The purpose of this meeting today (Sunday) is for us to address the issue,” Clark stated.
He added, “The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation which is the major firm conducting oil exploitation operations was recently constituted but of its nine (board) members, not a single person is of Ijaw ethnic extraction where most oil exploration is done.”
Clark further berated the government’s decision to cancel the controversial Maritime University sited in Okerenkoko in the Warri South West Council Area of Delta State, adding that the governing council had been constituted even before former President Goodluck Jonathan left office.
Prominent Ijaw leaders from Bayelsa, Edo, Rivers, Ondo, Akwa Ibom, Delta and Cross River States, including traditional rulers, were present at the meeting held at Clark’s residence in Warri GRA.
After the Ijaw leader’s opening remark, the meeting went into a closed-door session.
A communiqué signed by Clark and issued at the end of the meeting and read by Pastor Power Ziakede Aginighan, accused the Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government of perceived plans to marginalise Ijaw people.
It said attendees at the meeting urged Ijaw militant groups to cease plans to declare a Niger Delta Republic by Monday this week, noting that its indigenes believed that through restructuring, various crises bedevilling the country could be resolved, including that of the Niger Delta.
The communiqué read, “The elders and leaders of thoughts in the Ijaw nation call for the immediate restructuring of the Nigerian nation along the lines of peaceful federalism. Thus is the panacea for the sustainable development of Nigeria.
“As a demonstration of sincerity of commitment to dialogue, the Federal Government should immediately withdraw the military from all occupied Ijaw communities, particularly Gbaramatu Kingdom. The meeting also calls on the government to immediately release the 10 innocent students of Gbaramatu Kingdom.
“The meeting also passed a vote of confidence in the Chief Boma Obuoforibo-led leadership of the Ijaw National Congress. We condemn the move to scrap the Nigerian Maritime University approved by the preceding FG with temporary site at Kurutie and call for the immediate takeoff of the university.”
Dickson, emerging from the meeting, told journalists that there was no need for another round of war in Ijaw land because the people were still recovering from previous ones.
While commending the Ijaw leaders, which included traditional rulers, the governor said the problem in the region could be amicably resolved through dialogue and consultations with the people.

Avengers’ plan to declare Niger Delta Republic suffers setback

Delta - The proposed plan to declare Niger Delta republic on August 1 by Adaka Boro Avengers, ABA who claimed to have the collaboration of other militant groups in the Niger Delta region has suffered a setback.

The Foundation for Human Rights and Anti-Corruption Crusade, FHRACC and Centre for Peace and Environmental Justice, CEPEJ, both in Delta State have kicked against the proposed move.
The groups on Tuesday called on the militant group to abort their mission and intention to declare a republic of the Niger Delta region.

In separate statements issued by the groups in Warri, they noted that the right thinking indigenes of the area are not on board with the plan to declare a Niger delta republic.

The FHRACC national president, Alaowei Cleric noted: “The growing threats by some militants groups , particularly the Adaka Boro Avengers to declare Niger Delta Republic on the August 1, 2016 does not conform with the tenets of the Niger Delta struggle.”
Nigerian top secret  previously reported that the militant group Adaka Boro Avengers have asked non citizens of the South-east and South-south region to leave the region.

The group also warned  warned south east and south south people to return back to the region as a date has been set for the declaration of the Niger Delta Republic.

In a statement, on Sunday, signed by General Edmos Ayayeibo, the group said it has concluded arrangements to make the Niger Delta Republic a reality even as it ordered its people to return home and told northerners and westerners to leave the Niger Delta and eastern states immediately.

It also issued a quit notice to the military and all agencies belonging to the Federal Government to evacuate the Niger Delta states and the eastern parts without delay. Failure to obey the order, it said, would lead to a total destruction of military personnel and agencies.

Niger Delta region to be declared a Republic on August 1 – Militant group

Since the acting president , president Muhammad Buhari become the acting president of the federal Republic of Nigeria, some States in Nigeria are lacking constant power supply known as Electricity, the Fuel price has increase from 87 to 145 and this situation has become the major problems affecting the whole citizen of Nigeria. Mostly companies like DOUBLE STAR INVESTMENT MAGBORO AND LOUIS VALENTINE MAGBORO LAGOS that depend on Fuel  for production survived production  cost. According to the sun news paper, The  Niger Delta Militant Known as the Adaka Boro Avengers (ABA) are getting ready for freedom. Yet Mr President is not doing anything to stop the situation. Are we still practicing democracy in Nigeria.
According to the sun news paper, this was the reaction of Niger Delta MILITANTS
We the Adaka Boro Avengers (ABA) have vowed that nothing would stop them from declaring the Niger Delta Republic on August 1.
In a statement, yesterday, signed by General Edmos Ayayeibo, the group said it has concluded arrangements to make the Niger Delta Republic a reality even as it ordered its people to return home and told northerners and westerners to leave the Niger Delta and eastern states immediately.
It also issued a quit notice to the military and all agencies belonging to the Federal Government to evacuate the Niger Delta states and the eastern parts without delay. Failure to obey the order, it said, would lead to a total destruction of military personnel and agencies.
The statement read: “We, the Adaka Boro Avengers and all the freedom fighters in the Niger Delta region have met and come to a conclusion that we are declaring the Niger Delta Republic three weeks from today.
“So we are by this notice calling on the Nigerian government to move out all military personnel and all government agencies out of the Niger Delta. Failure will lead to destruction of military barracks and personnel.
“We are, also, by this notice calling on our fathers, mothers, brothers and sisters living in the northern parts of Nigeria to return home immediately.
“We are also warning northerners and westerners to leave the Niger Delta region immediately within three weeks from now, for their own good.
“If they refuse to heed to our warning, we will use so many as example in the Niger Delta region on the due date.
“We are telling the Nigerian government that enough is enough and we are taking our independence by force. We have our foreign backers, so we are not afraid of the Nigerian government but ready for total war.
“The inhuman treatment given to us by Nigerian government is enough. We can no longer withstand the suffering of our Niger Delta people. They should not take us for fools.”
Niger Delta Avenger (NDA) claimed responsibility for blowing up of many oil and gas operations of major oil companies in the Niger Delta region said its goal of destruction of oil and gas infrastructure was to actualise the soverign state of Niger Delta.
According to the group’s spokesman Col. Mudoch Agbinibo, the NDA had spread across the Niger Delta to launch its currency, passport, ruling council, territory and flag.  My question is, Can they survived?
