According to the report, when the deceased learnt of the abrupt end of the seven years relationship, she was so traumatized and couldn’t take it.
The deceased, who was said to have been known in her hostel as a cheerful person, became very moody dramatically after her lover called her on phone to declare that their relationship was over.
She was said to have bought some drugs, claiming she was having headache and went into her room, leaving a message for her room mate that they might not see her again – Her room mate who sensed danger, raced into the room and found her lying lifeless on the ground.
The room mate screamed out for help, but before help came her way, she had given up the ghost.
Confirming her death, the State Police Public Relations officers, DSP Celestina Kalu, said police recovered particles of drugs on the ground beside the deceased.
