JUST IN: Appeal Court Dismisses Bukola Saraki's Appeal

The Court of Appeal has ruled that the trial of Senate President, Bukola Saraki at the Code of Conduct Tribunal, is in order and should proceed.

Justice Moore Adumen, on Thursday morning, read the verdict of the three man panel, stating that the Code of Conduct Tribunal, was properly constituted.
